How Do I Setup My NDIS Gardening Service?
We understand every customer’s needs are different, which is why we will work with you or your Plan Manager to provide the lawn care service you require. Once we have discussed your needs, and in line with your Plan requirements we will craft a Service Agreement and work out a schedule of services for you or your Plan Manager to review.
What Is Included In A Standard MyLawnCare Service?
That is your choice! We offer a broad range of services on top of our general lawn mowing. A standard booking is a mowing of your yard and then the edging with a whipper snipper.
Do I Have To Be Home During The Lawn Mowing Service?
Not at all. If we require keyed gate access, you can just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there. You can leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox or lockbox - whatever is most convenient for you.
What If I Am Not Happy With The Service?
After your service is complete, you will receive an email asking you to rate your booking and provide comments. In the unfortunate circumstance that something has not worked out as you expected, please let us know. We stand by our work! If you are unhappy with your service, we’ll return to make it right. Still not happy? We’ll refund the service.

Why Did MyLawnCare Join The NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new channel for Australians with disability, their families/carers to access support. The NDIS website states the scheme will assist 460,000 Australians under the retirement age who have a permanent and significant disability with the support they require day to day.
In 2018 MyLawnCare became an approved supplier of NDIS yard maintenance. Our provider number is: 4050036079. Since this time we have performed hundred’s services for those who are either Self, Plan or Agency Managed.

Located in the southwest of Brisbane metropolitan, Ipswich is a city renowned for its unique location on Bremer River. In 1827, Ipswich’s appeared on Australia’s country profile as a mining settlement. Before the arrival of Europeans, Ipswich was home to multiple groups, such as the Warpai tribe, the Ugarapul Indigenous groups, and the Yuggera group. In 1826, European colonist Patrick Logan sailed up the Brisbane River to find vast limestone reserves, which led to the exploration of Ipswich.
Today, Ipswich is a primary site for coal mining and mineral extraction. Countless manufacturers work day and night in impressive abattoirs, foundries, earthenware centers, and sawmills.
